OVERVIEW

In three intensive training days we work on your driving technique with specific exercises. With our tried-and-tested technical training, you will learn how to ride motocross efficiently, safely and therefore also quickly.

 

In order to automate the movements and techniques learned, we will put the participants in different race-like situations. The observant eyes of the coaching staff ensure that old patterns or habits do not resurface.


Each training day starts with   specific exercises for body and mind to prepare you for the upcoming motocross training. With a few simple tricks we will increase your performance and minimize the risk of injury.
